Booth Creek is on the north side of Vail, two miles west of the Vail Village. Often considered the sunny side of Vail, the homeowners have terrific views of the waterfalls and ice climbers off the back side of Vail mountain. There are several hiking trails, Booth Creek Trail and Pitkin Trail, which take you into the Eagles Nest Wilderness area and up to mountain lakes.
The Town of Vail owns and manages the new Booth Creek Park community park, which was custom designed.
Vail Mountain School is a plus for parents who send their children to the private K-12 private school. Bike enthusiasts can mountain bike up trails or take the paved bike trail into Vail Village.
The Vail free bus stops to provide easy transportation to and from Vail Village every 15 min in winter and all year long.
